Once your order is submitted, you will receive an email from our shipment program, Shippy Pro - which will be titled as ‘Art Prints’. This will give you the tracking number for the shipment. This confirmation means that we received your purchase and our dropshipping company have started the printing process of your piece.
If you haven’t received your order within 20 days of receiving your tracking number, please contact us at prints@alrobertscreative.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Duties & Taxes
Framed prints to destinations outside of UK may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Al Roberts Creative is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
Refunds
Due to the bespoke nature of the printing process - our prints are NON REFUNDABLE. Your agreement to our no refunds policy is confirmed through payment of your print. It’s the customers responsibility to size up the frame and/or print before they make their purchase, using the dimensions given in the product “size’ tab. Any refunds requested based on ill sizing are not valid. At the moment we only sell one size of each print but if you require a bigger size please feel free to email prints@alrobertscreative.com and we will be more than happy to accommodate a bespoke request.
