What is Al Roberts Prints?
An e-commerce website, selling prints and framed prints from Al Roberts’ archive of photography work all over the world from the last 7 years.
Where is Al Roberts Prints based?
Al has currently just moved to Vancouver, BC but spends a lot of his time traveling either in search of new destinations or with work. The dropshipping company who print our prints is The Print Space based in Shoreditch, London.

What is a Fuji- Crystal Paper?
Fuji Crystal archive paper with a semi-matt finish. The paper is coated with a slightly stippled texture giving a very natural photographic finish with subtle colour. Great versatile paper, very natural and works well with all photographic images. Maintains colours in a very natural way, giving a detailed, 3-dimensional beautiful photographic reproduction.
How big is the frame?
The print is 60cm80cm, so the total framed piece of art would be 63.2 cm x 83.2 cm.
How long does Fuji Crystal Paper last?
Fuji Crystal papers last about 40 years in average daylight conditions, and about 80 years in a dark archival box.
What back fixtures does my frame have?
The hanging type fixture on the reverse panel is ‘Nail hanging’ for both portrait and
landscape format.
I’ve placed an order, now what next?
Once your order is submitted, you will receive an email from our shipment program, Shippy Pro - which will be titled as ‘Art Prints’. This will give you the tracking number for the shipment. This confirmation means that we received your purchase and our dropshipping company have started the printing process of your piece.
What if I don't get an email from Shippy Pro?
If you haven’t received your order within 20 days of receiving your tracking number and have checked your SPAM folder, please contact us at prints@alrobertscreative.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Can I change/ cancel my order?
As the order you make goes straight through to our drop shipping company and is
bespokely made for you; cancellations or changes are not accepted. Your
agreement to our no refunds policy is confirmed through payment of your print. It’s
the customers responsibility to size up the frame and/or print before they make
their purchase, using the dimensions given in the product “size’ tab. Any refunds
requested based on ill sizing are not valid.
